Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd. Announces Cash Dividend for March Payable April 30, 2009

(TSX: BNE) announces that the March monthly cash dividend will be $0.12 per
share and will be paid on April 30, 2009. The record date for the dividend is
April 15, 2009, and the ex-dividend date is April 13, 2009.
